    Superb

    Beautiful views. Every convienece.

Prices in cafe a little high for what you receive.

    Very good

The staff was very eager to please.

There weren't enough eating choices for dinner. It was either bar food or high end and nothing in between. Given that there isn't much to choose from in town it would be good to have something else.

    the price

did not care for the room, because of the lighting it was hard for us to get comfortable, we read alot and the lighting was poor

    Superb

    1. We came back early one afternoon from sightseeing and just wanted to sit out and enjoy the weather and view however there were only 5 chairs outside for the whole lodge to use. We ended up seeing on the grass. It really is not a place where you can just sit outside for the afternoon. We also had to leave early Sunday morning for we had a 10 hour drive ahead of us and at 6:15 when we checked out they had no coffee that we could buy or get for free. The food was so so in the bar area. After the first night of eating in the bar we opt to cook dinners in our room. Although the Logde was nice I would not recommend it for anyone who just want to hang out. Not alot to do in town and no outside areas to sit.

    Good

It just didn't have much going for it with the construction and off season. Rather boring...

No kleenex's, dirty coffee that we had to clean, no regular coffee...just decaf. Otherwise, not bad!

    Beautiful area.

The check in and check out time (4PM and 10 AM).The 'rooms' were called 'junior villas' but were just basically hotel rooms. Wifi was not working well. Carpet in the room was very dusty.

    Fabulous

    the locaton

the dvd did not work and it took the repairman 2 and a half hours to fix it.

    Exceptional

The rooms were beautifully appointed and large. It felt very luxurious.

Access was difficult as it was snowing and we got turned back on hwy 143. We did not know this was a road that closes in the winter.

    Exceptional

That it was quiet and the atmosphere was perfect.

    Exceptional

Excellent staff service; friendly, helpful and attentive to needs. We had a 2 bdrm standard unit with full kitchen, dining, living rm. Each bdrm had a clean, very spacious private bath. Bdrms had fireplace, tv, king bed, large picture window overlooking the ski area and mountain. Plenty of space for us. Nice for 2 gals traveling, allowing for privacy. Cafe was very nice with large picture windows for views of aspens in fall color. Staff were delightful and prompt with service. Food was much better than expected and quantity was more than enough. Try their McBobby's Chicken Pot Pie....yummy! We stayed 3 nights and I will certainly go back again. Underground parking was available and appreciated due to early snowstorm this week. Exceptional

We like the off season time of the year. Not everything is up and running but it is more laid back and quite. The location was ideal for seeing so much and close to so many locations. The Lodge was great and we had a relaxing enjoable time.

    Very good

Good standard, spacious, all facilities working to our satisfaction. Good bed, very quiet surroundings.

They did not have our reservation from booking com. I did show them the confirmation and we got a room but still telling us that they have not been informed. Needed to sign some exagerated form like if we check out later than 10:00 am would have to pay 125 Dollars, and many other rules we had to sign and confirm. This felt like school...

    Very good

The hotel "room" is not just a sleeping room, but it is an appartment, with a bedroom, bathroom and a room with comfortable chairs, a modern flatscreen tv and a small kitchen.

    Very good

Great (junior) room with fire place.

I don't recall reading this on Booked.net, but be prepared that this hotel is situated at apx. 9.000/10.000 feet. We had trouble adjusting to the oxygen level on this kind of elevation (short breaths etc). Be prepared to adjust to that the first few days.
